COVID, Mono & a Comeback with a New Series!

Hey queen đź’–

I wanted to check in because I’ve been a little (ok A LOT) quiet over here...but I am back!

I ended up getting COVID for the first time, which unfortunately also reactivated mono that I had years ago (wild, right?). So I’ve been moving through a much slower recovery than I expected. Do not recommend...0 out of 5 stars!

But… I’m on the mend. Slowly, but hopefully. 💛

So I am back with something I’ve been really wanting to create for you.

I just released the first episode in a brand new podcast series all about trauma bonds, because this is one of the biggest things keeping women stuck, confused, and second-guessing themselves long after a relationship ends.

If you’ve ever thought:
“Why do I still miss them?”
“Why can’t I just move on?”
“Was it actually love… or something else?”

This is for you.

The first episode is:
5 Signs You’re Trauma Bonded (Not in Love) — Why You Still Can’t Let Go

It’s honest, validating, and will help you start to see what’s really been going on, without shame.

I’m really glad to be back with you!

More coming in this series… and it’s going to go deeper in the best way.

Talk soon,

self trust after narcissistic abuse

Hey queen 💖 Have you ever thought: “How did I not see it sooner?”“Why didn’t I trust my gut?”“What if I fall for this again?” One of the most painful effects of narcissistic abuse is that it destroys your ability to trust yourself. Not because you’re weak. Because narcissistic relationships train you to override your instincts. When someone gaslights you long enough, your brain learns: Trusting myself causes conflict.Doubting myself keeps the peace. So you start second-guessing everything....

struggling with narcissist moving on tapping

Hey queen 💖 There’s a moment in narcissistic abuse recovery that people don’t talk about enough. The moment when the narcissist seems to just… move on. Maybe they’re suddenly in a new relationship.Maybe they’re posting happy photos.Maybe they’re acting like nothing ever happened between the two of you. And meanwhile you’re sitting there thinking: How are they fine? How can they move on so easily?Did any of it even matter to them? It’s a painful place to be. And it can pull you right back into...

letter to narcissist

Hey queen 💖 This week’s podcast episode was a little different. Instead of teaching or explaining something, I read a letter. A letter to the narcissist that many survivors wish they could say out loud, but often never do. It’s about the things we carry after narcissistic abuse… The confusion. The anger. The grief. The realization that what we experienced was never love. Sometimes the most healing words are the ones we finally allow ourselves to feel. If that resonates with you, you can listen...
