Struggling to Watch the Narcissist Move On So Easily? This will help!

Hey queen đź’–

There’s a moment in narcissistic abuse recovery that people don’t talk about enough.

The moment when the narcissist seems to just… move on.

Maybe they’re suddenly in a new relationship.
Maybe they’re posting happy photos.
Maybe they’re acting like nothing ever happened between the two of you.

And meanwhile you’re sitting there thinking:

How are they fine?
How can they move on so easily?
Did any of it even matter to them?

It’s a painful place to be.

And it can pull you right back into that exhausting mental loop of trying to understand them.

Replaying conversations.
Analyzing what happened.
Trying to make sense of behavior that never really made sense in the first place.

But here’s the truth many survivors eventually realize:

The narcissist moving on quickly isn’t proof that the relationship didn’t matter.

It’s proof that they were never relating to the relationship the same way you were.

That realization can be heartbreaking… but it can also be incredibly freeing.

Because your healing doesn’t actually come from understanding them.

It comes from reconnecting with yourself again.

That’s actually why I released a new podcast episode this week.

It’s a guided tapping session for those moments when your mind keeps replaying the narcissist and everything that happened.

Sometimes our brain keeps looping because our nervous system is still activated. Tapping can help calm that response and bring your body back to a place of safety.

You can listen here:

And if you’re feeling especially stuck right now, I also offer something called the Calm & Clarity Reset Call.

It’s a focused 60-minute session where we slow everything down and look at what’s actually happening in your situation so you can walk away with clarity and your next step forward.

You deserve peace, clarity, and a life that doesn’t revolve around someone else’s chaos.

self trust after narcissistic abuse

Hey queen 💖 Have you ever thought: “How did I not see it sooner?”“Why didn’t I trust my gut?”“What if I fall for this again?” One of the most painful effects of narcissistic abuse is that it destroys your ability to trust yourself. Not because you’re weak. Because narcissistic relationships train you to override your instincts. When someone gaslights you long enough, your brain learns: Trusting myself causes conflict.Doubting myself keeps the peace. So you start second-guessing everything....

letter to narcissist

Hey queen 💖 This week’s podcast episode was a little different. Instead of teaching or explaining something, I read a letter. A letter to the narcissist that many survivors wish they could say out loud, but often never do. It’s about the things we carry after narcissistic abuse… The confusion. The anger. The grief. The realization that what we experienced was never love. Sometimes the most healing words are the ones we finally allow ourselves to feel. If that resonates with you, you can listen...

reset nervous system

Hey queen 💖 By the time Friday arrives, many women I talk to feel a kind of quiet exhaustion they can’t always explain. You made it through the week. You handled conversations, responsibilities, emotions, and maybe even moments that pulled you back into overthinking or self-doubt again. If that’s where you are right now, I want you to know something: You don’t have to figure everything out alone before asking for support. Sometimes clarity doesn’t come from pushing harder... it comes from...
