If you’ve been thinking about this…

Hey queen 💖

If you saw my note earlier this week about the Calm & Clarity Reset Calls and found yourself thinking about it… this is just a gentle check-in.

A lot of women don’t reach out right away...not because they don’t want support, but because they’re used to handling everything on their own.

If you’ve been going back and forth in your head, that’s completely normal.

These sessions are simply a focused space to slow things down, calm the emotional noise, and leave with a clear next step, especially if you’ve been feeling stuck in overthinking or second-guessing yourself lately.

If now feels like the right time, you can reserve a session here:

XO,

Christy 💛

When someone gaslights you long enough, your brain learns: Trusting myself causes conflict.Doubting myself keeps the peace. So you start second-guessing everything....

struggling with narcissist moving on tapping

Maybe they’re suddenly in a new relationship.Maybe they’re posting happy photos.Maybe they’re acting like nothing ever happened between the two of you. And meanwhile you’re sitting there thinking: How are they fine? How can they move on so easily?Did any of it even matter to them? It’s a painful place to be. And it can pull you right back into...

letter to narcissist

Hey queen 💖 This week’s podcast episode was a little different. Instead of teaching or explaining something, I read a letter. A letter to the narcissist that many survivors wish they could say out loud, but often never do. It’s about the things we carry after narcissistic abuse… The confusion. The anger. The grief. The realization that what we experienced was never love.
