I want to drop some encouragement into your inbox today. If you’re healing from trauma and raising kids, I see you. It can feel like double the work sometimes — but it’s also double the reward. 🌱

Here are 3 gentle reminders for today:

Your healing IS their healing. Every time you choose calm over chaos, your child learns what safety feels like.

Boundaries are love in action. Whether it’s saying no to a toxic family member or yes to a quiet night in, you’re teaching your child self-respect.

Small steps matter. You don’t need to overhaul everything at once. Even one moment of mindfulness, one deep breath, one pause before reacting — it all adds up.

You don’t have to be a “perfect” parent to be a powerful one. You just have to keep showing up, choosing healing, and giving your kids the gift of you becoming you again. 👑
